Now in the world of vanagon, as they are known in the US, there's not much interest in aircoolers, people prefer the high-power wasserboxer, up to 112 horses. Or they choose fuction over fun and buy a sober diesel to go tripping.

All the better for those of us who are initiated into the cult of Brick. As prices for the biggest of the type two breed are not yet skyrocketing like for it's older sisters . You can still buy an ugly duckling for less then 1500 euro, without even having to get out the welder. Expect to see more of them on shows as they can be cool enough to freeze your balls off. Especially in winter.
